When will I receive the item I purchased?

Item will ship out from our distribution center in Arkansas within 2 business days of your purchase. Your item will arrive depending on the shipping service you choose.

What’s the status of my order?

Once your order is received our team will begin the process of fulfilling your order. You can track the progress of your order if you created an account. Log in by clicking the log in button and view your order profile for an updated status of your order. Once your item ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

Currently, Image One does not offer shipping to international addresses.

How do I return an item I purchased?

Account owners can initiate a return and recieve a return shipping label via their recent orders on the account page. Guests must email us to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

How do i stay up to date on new products, discounts and promotions

You can create an account and select your favorite teams. This lets us know what to inform you about when new designs or products come out.
